Chess-results.com lists 160 Portuguese-federation tournaments in 2025–2026, held between 2025-01-12 and 2026-09-26, with 'AXPortugal' (and 'AXPORTUGAL/CHESSPORTUGAL') as organiser. The latest, held 2026-09-26, was 'Xadrez na FNAC CC Alegro | Alfragide - Torneio (26/09 - 15h00/18h30)'. Organiser and venue are taken from the chess-results search listing, not from the tournament page. Matched by the abbreviation AXPortugal; its contact e-mail [email protected] is the registration contact on the viralagenda Chess & Burger and Xadrez no Museu pages (opened 2026-10-06). School tournaments with partner schools (Externato das Pedralvas, Externato de Santa Catarina, Colégio Os Aprendizes, Colégio A Formiguinha, ESVP) are organised by AXPortugal and are included here rather than listed separately. AX Portugal A plays CN 2ª divisão 2025-26 (updated 20.05.2026); AX Portugal B and C played the AXL district team league on 2026-03-07; an AXL post of 2026-08-06 reports that an AX Portugal player won the district classical championship.
